Your funds are held in a ring-fenced client money account completely separate from VaultPouch's operating funds. Under FCA safeguarding rules, your money is returned to you before any creditors if a firm becomes insolvent. We are building to FCA EMI authorisation standards from day one.

Your landlord doesn’t need a VaultPouch account. They click a link, see your verified balance, KYC status and Freedom Score, and can approve in minutes. The Deposit Passport is designed to work for any landlord, regardless of whether they’ve heard of us before.
